Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain room assignments from your Supervisor at the start of the shift.
• Stock cart and ensure supplies are ready for cleaning.
• Know the correct procedure for entering guest rooms and safely operating the cart.
• Follow a set cleaning pattern to cover occupied and check-out rooms.
• Inspect rooms for damages and report any issues to the Supervisor.
• Return found items to Lost and Found with date, location, and finder name.
• Perform a final room inspection before leaving and notify when room is clean or occupied.
• Restock cart and prepare for the next shift.
• Assist guests with questions and provide directions or information.
• Report suspicious activity or hazards to Safety/Security and follow emergency procedures.
