Station Casinos LLC is seeking a gourmet line cook to join our team in Las Vegas. You will plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and guest experience.

You'll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, displaying teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient kitchen, while upholding our cooking standards and taking responsibility for your station. Minimum 1–2 years of gourmet culinary experience preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum of one to two years gourmet culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods.
• Maintain unit's appearance and operating standards.
