Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server at Horseshoe Bay Resort to support upscale events. You will assist with setup, service, and breakdown, delivering food and beverages to guests in accordance with established standards.

The role requires 1+ year of banquet or fine dining experience, strong English, ability to carry up to 30 lbs, and adherence to safety and uniform guidelines. Full-time employment includes health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and other resort perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18
• TABC certification required
• Tips certification required
• Food handler certification required
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and guest relations

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down of banquet spaces according to BEOs
• Deliver food and beverages per established standards
• Greet guests and respond promptly to requests
• Refill beverages and monitor guest satisfaction
• Clear dishes promptly and maintain clean spaces
• Follow directions from Banquet Captains and maintain professionalism
