You will follow established service steps, greet guests, and ensure guest satisfaction while coordinating with event teams. Must hold TABC and Tips certifications and have strong teamwork and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college or better preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
• Deliver food and beverages per established service standards.
• Greet guests, respond to requests, and monitor satisfaction.
• Set up function rooms with linens, tableware, and glassware.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and reset rooms after events.
• Comply with alcohol service regulations and safety procedures.
