Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage team. You will assist servers, ensure exceptional poolside service, and uphold Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Responsibilities include presenting dishes accurately per guest requests and dietary needs, staying knowledgeable about the menu, beverage lists, and daily specials, and maintaining a polished personal appearance in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of food and beverage experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage.
• Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs.

Aufgaben

• The Food Runner assists Servers in providing an enjoyable poolside experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence.
• Food Runners ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guest requests including dietary restrictions.
• Food Runners present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.
