Job summary
Parks Lincoln of Tampa is seeking a dedicated automotive Service Technician to join our Lincoln Mobile Service team in Florida. You will operate a fully equipped mobile service van providing maintenance, recalls, reprograms and light repairs at guests' homes or offices while upholding the Lincoln luxury experience our guests expect.
You will test components, diagnose issues with specialized tools, and perform repairs with an emphasis on customer service, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- At least 1 year experience as automotive service technician (Ford/Lincoln preferred).
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
Responsibilities
- Performs repair work per repair order with dealership standards.
- Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Maintains and repairs vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
- Communicates estimated time and needs for additional repairs via XTime platform.
- Executes warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Strives for Fixed Right First Time and Customer Satisfaction.
