Job summary

Vision Ford-Lincoln is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our team. The role involves traveling in a mobile service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and organized.
Valid driver license.
ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
Service Technician Experience Preferred.
Strong use of technological devices including tablets.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to perform services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and light repairs.
Utilize mobile diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
Provide customers with transparent communication about services required and their vehicle’s condition.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your mobile service vehicle and equipment.
Collaborate with the dealership's service team to coordinate appointments and special requests.
Adhere to safety protocols and dealership standards at all times.
