Job summary

Parks Lincoln of Tampa is seeking a dedicated automotive Service Technician to join our Lincoln Mobile Service team in Florida. You will operate a fully equipped mobile service van providing maintenance, recalls, reprograms and light repairs at guests' homes or offices while upholding the Lincoln luxury experience our guests expect.

You will test components, diagnose issues with specialized tools, and perform repairs with an emphasis on customer service, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year experience as automotive service technician (Ford/Lincoln preferred).
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair work per repair order with dealership standards.
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Maintains and repairs vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicates estimated time and needs for additional repairs via XTime platform.
• Executes warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Strives for Fixed Right First Time and Customer Satisfaction.

As a member of this team you will operate a fully equipped Lincoln mobile service van performing basic maintenance, recalls, reprograms, and light mechanical repairs at our guests home or office while upholding the Lincoln luxury experience our guests expect.

Responsibilities

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor through our XTime digital platform so that our guests can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Achieve target scores in Fixed Right First Time and Customer Satisfaction.
• Elevate the Lincoln and Parks Motor Group brands with our guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Must have at least 1 years of experience as an automotive Service Technician preferably with Ford or Lincoln.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
