Job summary

Lincoln of Wayne is seeking a dedicated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service department. In this full-time position, you'll utilize a mobile service van to provide convenient repairs directly to clients. Preferred candidates will have Ford or Lincoln certification, strong diagnostic skills, and some mobile technician experience. Job description

Compensation

Pay range: $20‑30/hr, hourly rate varies based on tech skills and level. Includes overtime opportunities, weekly incentives and goals, flagged hours bonuses, ASR bonuses.

Job Title

Mobile Service Technician

Schedule

M‑F 8 am‑5 pm (1‑hour lunch) – 40 hr work week. Rotating Saturdays 8 am‑4 pm (1‑hour lunch); Saturday hours may vary depending on schedule.

Job Overview

We are adding to our growing Lincoln Mobile Service Department at Lincoln of Ramsey and Lincoln of Wayne. This full‑time position includes a mobile service van and all necessary tools and equipment. Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus; mobile technician experience is even better. Training will be provided by experienced mobile technicians.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs on assigned repair orders, diagnose vehicle concerns, and complete work efficiently and accurately in a mobile service environment. Adapt to weather conditions and other outside influences while delivering convenience directly to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Ford/Lincoln certification or experience (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Previous mobile technician experience (a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the mobile service model
• Understanding and embracing the challenges of mobile service such as weather and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working directly with clients in person
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
