Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC) in Charleston, SC seeks a Minibar Attendant responsible for restocking, auditing, and maintaining in-room minibars according to Forbes 5-Star standards, discreetly replenishing items and tracking usage.

You will work with Front Office and Guest Relations to set up minibars, ensure FIFO, and post charges accurately in the PMS, upholding luxury presentation and guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, F&B, or housekeeping preferred.
• Forbes 5-Star or AAA Five Diamond hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and discretion with guest confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Restock guestroom minibars and refreshment centers based on par levels and guest consumption.
• Maintain records of consumption, expiry dates, and spoilage for each room.
• Post minibar charges accurately through the property management system.
• Set up minibars for arriving guests, including VIP amenities or special requests.
• Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO), cleanliness, and presentation of minibar units.
• Enter guest rooms respectfully, following etiquette and privacy protocols.
• Respond to guest requests for additional minibar items or replenishments promptly.
• Alert leadership to unusual activity or guestroom conditions.
• Maintain minibar labeling, sealing, and display per guidelines.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office for access and maintenance.
