Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a dedicated Concierge to operate within the Concierge Office, reporting to the Chief Concierge, with a strong focus on lifestyle programming for a luxury Miami Beach community.

The role involves planning and executing activities, events, and parties, staying current on local dining and entertainment scenes, and delivering superior social experiences for residents while collaborating with on-site staff and residents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position, including 1 year in a social or recreational program.
Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite.
Bilingual in Spanish may be required in some communities.

Responsibilities

Event planning and execution: Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, special events, and lifestyle programs.
Resident engagement: Build high resident involvement and respond to needs.
Community networking: Network with local organizations and promote the community.
Concierge services: Greet guests, provide directions, and arrange special requests for residents.
Administrative duties: Maintain calendars, track dates, assist with minutes, and coordinate newsletters.
