Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a courteous Pool Concierge to assist residents in a luxury property environment. You will greet guests, help with pool area setup, and maintain cleanliness while supporting events and theater setups. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.

Hours are on-site, with a schedule that may vary by property needs. Previous hospitality experience at a luxury property is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential for handling

Qualifications

Prior experience in a related position.
Experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred.
Ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
Positive and can-do attitude at all times, including high-stress situations.
Ability to collaborate with team members across departments.
Effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents and guests in a courteous manner.
Maintain and clean pool area and surrounding facilities.
Set up umbrellas and ensure furniture and signage are in order.
Support with events and theater/movie setups as needed.
Monitor rules and safety, report issues to supervisor.
Complete daily checklists and assist with daily operations.
