Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Boston is seeking an on-call In-Room Dining Server to join our In-Room Dining team. You will handle intake, provide personalized dining experiences, take orders, and coordinate setup and delivery to guests in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of similar experience, excellent English communication, and a flexible on-call schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
• Reading, writing and spoken English proficiency.
• Willing to work a flexible on-call schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders within the quoted time.
• Set up dining tables/trays accurately and promptly.
• Verify guest satisfaction before leaving the room.
• Upsell products with extensive knowledge of food and beverages.
