Job summary

Fairmont New Orleans seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily AM/PM dispatch, room queues, and staff assignments while maintaining luxury service standards. The role requires leadership to ensure brand SOPs and guest satisfaction across all rooms and public areas.

You will work closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness, staff scheduling, and accurate reporting, supporting onboarding and coaching to uphold Fairmont excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality.
• Luxurious hotel environment experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AM/PM Housekeeping Dispatch and room queues.
• Lead day-to-day Housekeeping operations to ensure standards.
• Assign daily sections to Attendants, Supervisors, and floor staff.
• Ensure room readiness and coordinate with Front Office for arrivals.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports and records.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance documentation.
• Maintain adherence to safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate service recovery.
