Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or related experience).
• Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of clean and inviting grounds at luxury properties.
• Perform debris removal, landscaping, pool checks, and maintain walkways and common areas.
• Open and close pools and perform pool chemical checks.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and maintenance procedures.
• Be available for overtime hours as required.
