Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of community grounds, pools, and buildings.
• Assist maintenance team with market-ready units.
• Pick up litter and debris from grounds and common areas.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways; blow debris.
• Replace trash liners and manage trash areas.
• Ensure pool and amenity areas are clean and safe.
• Assist with dryer vents, lighting and other exterior upkeep.
