Job summary

Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. seeks a seasoned Golf Outside Services Attendant to deliver polished, anticipatory service at our luxury semi-private golf club in Rancho Mirage.

You will support daily operations with bag handling, cart prep, practice-facility readiness, and guest communication. Ideal candidates have high-end private club or luxury resort background, ServSafe and ABC certifications, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for teamwork, safety, and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with high-end private clubs or luxury resorts.
• ServSafe certified.
• ABC certified.
• Commitment to a healthier living environment and Sensei philosophy.
• Collaborative mentality and ability to work as a team.
• Self-confidence and composure to accept feedback and improve.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties of the daily operation.
• Maintain stocked clubhouse and snack areas.
• Place and deliver F&B orders for guests.
• Prepare and clean golf bags and equipment.
• Ensure golf carts are clean and stocked.
• Clean all clubs for guests and maintain rental equipment.
• Maintain bag room, cart shelter, and range areas.
• Assist with golf events and tournaments.
• Attend employee meetings and uphold company values.
• Learn and use booking and radio/communication software.
