You will support daily golf operations with bag handling, cart preparation, and guest communication, ensuring a seamless arrival, play, and departure experience.

The ideal candidate brings experience from high-end clubs or luxury resorts, with a focus on presentation, organization, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; PGA Apprentice preferred.
• Experience at a high-end private club or luxury resort.
• ServSafe certified; ABC certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide polished, anticipatory service to members and guests.
• Assist with bag handling, cart prep, and facility readiness.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in bag room, carts, and range areas.
• Attend employee meetings and adhere to safety standards.
