Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas to ensure smooth daily play.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic golf knowledge, and strong communication. This role involves outdoor work and weekend availability at our California clubs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Good knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and delivering clubs to cars as needed.
• Promote club events and provide information to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure cleanliness and maintenance; report issues.
• Maintain cart barn and practice areas, keep spaces neat, safe and stocked.
