Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and deliver exceptional member and guest service on the club grounds. You will help with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and ensuring carts and work areas are clean and ready for use.

The role emphasizes teamwork with golf staff, adherence to safety, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. A high school diploma and golf knowledge are preferred. Weekend availability is common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience or strong knowledge of golf preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload golf bags; prep bags for play; assist players as needed.
• Promote club events and facilities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal and maintain proper cart staging and cleanliness; report issues.
• Keep cart barn, storage, practice facilities, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
