Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at our private club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintain clean, ready-to-use golf equipment.

You'll marshal carts, stock practice areas, and support the golf operations team throughout the day, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for every golfer and guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with members, guests and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Marshal carts in the staging area and ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain cart barns, practice areas, and external spaces neat and safe.
• Set up and stock practice areas with equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants and other staff to ensure smooth service.
