Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion retail or luxury client services.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers by converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up on repairs/alterations.
