Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bellman, Doorman, Ambassador or similar guest service role.
• Excellent reading, writing, and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort to rooms with a personalized, luxurious arrival experience.
• Maintain professional demeanor and high hospitality standards.
• Uphold grooming and dress code expectations to reflect elegance.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery with care.
• Assist with luggage handling, door opening, and lobby service as needed.
• Provide room orientation during escort and assist with luggage tagging and transport.
• Support other duties such as dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up as assigned.
