Job summary

Azabu Miami and Lolo's on 161 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA, is seeking a hospitality associate to support dining operations. You will prepare dining areas, set tables, place tableware, serve water and bread, refill beverages, and maintain health and safety standards.

You will assist servers and hosts, keep areas neat, check tables for cleanliness, and help reset spaces after service. Flexible to PM shifts, weekends, and holidays; high-end guest service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Set tables with napkins, linens and silverware.
• Place tableware on tables.
• Serve water and bread baskets; refill beverages.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all dining areas.
• Assist servers and hosts when necessary.
• Maintain restaurant areas in a neat and orderly condition.
• Assist servers in checking tables for condition of plates and cleanliness.
• Sweep and/or mop all restaurant areas at end of shift.
