Job summary

Azabu Miami and Lolo's is seeking a team member to support high-volume dining operations at our Miami Beach location. You will prepare dining areas, set tables, place tableware, and assist servers to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role emphasizes maintaining health and safety standards in all dining spaces, flexible PM shifts, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Set tables with required items such as napkins, linens and silverware.
• Place tableware on tables.
• Serve water and bread baskets where needed.
• Refill beverages.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist servers and hosts when necessary.
• Maintain the restaurant areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
• Assist servers in constantly checking tables for condition of plates, empty glasses, cleanliness, etc.
• Sweep and/or mop all restaurant areas at the end of every shift, removing, cleaning and replacing matting each time.

Education
