Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team in maintaining pristine public and guest areas. You will assist with supply deliveries, room setups, and respond to guest requests while upholding luxury standards.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Must have a TABC certificate and Food Handlers Certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy carts.
• Basic English language skills for communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas including lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers, and lounges.
• Assist room attendants by handling linens and trash.
• Set up meeting rooms or banquet spaces as needed.
• Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to guest floors.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
