Job summary

The Post Oak Hotel in Houston is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to welcome and assist guests in the exclusive Club Lounge, ensuring Forbes Five-Star service standards are met.

Responsibilities include concierge duties, guest communications, wine list presentation, and maintaining a pristine Club environment. Previous luxury hotel experience and flexibility with hours are preferred to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree or certification preferred.
• 3 years concierge or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous hotel, luxury, or Forbes experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform concierge duties for Club Level guests, including local recommendations and bookings.
• Assist guests with administrative tasks such as printing, photos, faxing, scanning, and directions.
• Present and explain menu offerings and wine lists; maintain food and beverage presentation.
• Maintain an immaculately clean and luxurious Club environment.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and pleasantly.
• Communicate with management and other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Build guest profiles and promote hotel programs.
• Be knowledgeable about The Post Oak and its services.
