Qualifications

• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of front office or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move furniture.
• Food Handler Certificate and TB clearance required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact in the Club Lounge, providing concierge support and managing VIP interactions.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling requests, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions to offer personalized recommendations.
• Manage guest profiles, maintain request logs, and coordinate with other departments.
• Set up and maintain the Club Lounge, including displays, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Prepare supplies for food and beverage service, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Utilize reservation systems and maintain vendor relationships.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
