Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York, seeks a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at checkout and to act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program. You will promote add-on sales and gift cards while maintaining cash handling accuracy and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching junior cashiers, processing returns and damaged goods, and keeping the cashwrap organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
