Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta, CA, seeks a Rhoze Retail Sales Associate to deliver personalized member experiences at the private luxury boutique. You will work closely with the Rhoze Manager to maintain floor presentation, support sales, and ensure premium hospitality.

You will build strong relationships with members, handle POS transactions accurately, and help manage inventory, packaging, and member events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Familiarity with private club or high-end settings preferred.
• Proficient in Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with members and families; provide styling advice and personalized service.
• Partner with the Rhoze Manager to monitor sell-through and drive monthly revenue goals.
• Process POS transactions accurately and uphold DLC procedures; maintain premium packaging standards.
• Assist with special member requests, VIP experiences, and ensure floor presentation is flawless.
