Job summary

Qualifications

• Luxury retail, service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills; SAP knowledge and languages preferred.
• Strong organizational and client service skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends; travel for training as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointments, support product presentation and sales finalization, and help manage boutique traffic.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and support personalization services.
• Assist with phone duties, boutique opening/closing, non-sellable stock, and special projects.
• Uphold security, operational, visual and service standards while collaborating with the team.
