MGM Resorts International is hiring a Bell Attendant in National Harbor, Maryland. You will help guests as they arrive and depart, provide room orientation, and assist with luggage while delivering personalized, luxury service.

As the first and last contact, you will create WOW moments by anticipating needs and maintaining a seamless guest experience across front services. Prior luxury hospitality experience is preferred, and 18+ is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience in luxury hotel, resort, casino-resort, valet, transportation, or bell/door preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about rooms, restaurants, events, promotions, and directions.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority and report incidents as needed.
• Open doors for guests and assist with luggage handling.
