Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Department team member to create personalized beauty experiences for customers in the Nordstrom Beauty community.

You will engage customers to understand their needs, recommend makeup and skincare products, and contribute to a welcoming team environment. The role includes conducting makeup applications, driving both in-store and digital sales, booking appointments, and supporting beauty events.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns proactively.
• Empathy and respect for all customers in a supportive makeup/skincare setting.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Drive to achieve sales goals with networking and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements include 6–8 hours of continuous movement and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store events and services.
• Maintain department by staying organized and clean.
• Stay updated on beauty trends through trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
