Nordstrom Beauty is seeking a passionate team member to create personalized beauty experiences for customers in-store and digitally. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and product recommendations while building customer loyalty and collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming environment.

You will set sales goals, participate in beauty events, and stay current with trends and brand knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with customers and handle concerns professionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals including in-store and digital selling.
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
