Neiman Marcus Boca Raton is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional service at a fast-paced cosmetics counter. You will build client relationships, book facial consultations, and drive sales with the Cosmetics Selling Manager guiding performance.

Utilize clienteling tools to capture preferences, maintain counter presentation, and collaborate with teammates to exceed goals. Prior retail cosmetics experience and quota attainment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience in cosmetics environment
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet quotas
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision
• Experience using clienteling tools and proprietary software
