Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending in high-volume upscale environments.
• Extensive wine, cocktail, and food knowledge required.
• Knowledge of POS systems; Micros Symphony knowledge preferred.
• Bartending/mixology certification preferred for priority consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality beverage service and guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests, take orders, and prepare drinks with sophistication.
• Review drink tickets and prepare orders to spec within service standards.
• Recommend cocktails and wines to pair with menu items.
• Maintain sanitation and adhere to Four Seasons standards.
