Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a bartender for an on-site role at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA. You will greet guests, mix and serve drinks, manage bar stock, and handle POS transactions with attention to accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup and stock fresh garnishes, produce, and supplies.
• Greet guests, take orders, and prepare drinks per standard recipes.
• Input orders into POS, manage checks and payments, balance cash at shift end.
• Receive cash, give change, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate beverage service regulations.
• Attend as needed and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
