Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credential required or equivalent
• Phlebotomy training/experience preferred
• Strong venipuncture skills and clinical dexterity
• Experience in aesthetics/dermatology/cosmetic medicine preferred
• Ability to follow detailed workflows with high integrity and discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic flow and injector support to keep providers on schedule
• Prepare and turnover treatment rooms quickly and efficiently
• Assist injectors with treatment flow, supplies, and patient positioning
• Greet patients, prep them, and support post-care education and checkout
• Maintain back-of-house organization and charting accuracy
• Support operational excellence to keep injector focus on patient care
