Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume settings.
• Strong communication with management, guests and peers.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and plating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes with precision in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Assist with multiple kitchen stations as needed.
