Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; upscale/high-volume or brasserie experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and responsible service.
• Excellent communication and professional presence; able to multitask in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome bar guests with attentive, personable service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Enter orders into POS, manage guest checks, and process payments.
• Maintain bar setup, stocking, and cleanliness throughout service.
• Monitor guest consumption and enforce responsible alcohol service.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen for timely service.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and low-stock items.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and hospitality during busy periods.
