Key Responsibilities

• Support servers by delivering food, clearing plates, and resetting tables with speed and precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and server alley.
• Refill water, replenish bread and table items, and anticipate guest needs before they arise.
• Assist with running dishes, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and management to maintain smooth service flow.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
