Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Assembly & Integration Technician to contribute to aerospace system assembly, integration, and testing. You will work from engineering drawings and instructions to build and troubleshoot mechanical, structural, and avionics components across production lines.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and collaboration within the Space Coast facilities, with accommodations for relocation and multiple shift options to support high-rate manufacturing for spaceflight programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on assembly and integration of mechanical, structural, and avionics systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate subcomponents and final assemblies per specifications.
• Configure work areas with tooling for efficient high-rate manufacturing.
• Operate precision tools to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Identify and implement safety, efficiency, and productivity improvements.
• Perform operational tests, troubleshooting, and fault isolation.
• Support transition from development to production and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles.
