Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Assembly & Integration Technician on Space Coast, FL to join the Operations team. You will build, integrate, and test aerospace systems from engineering drawings, supporting both prototype and production hardware for Lunar Solar Array projects.

You will work with a range of tools, perform precise measurements, and troubleshoot to ensure safety and quality. Relocation is available and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing and assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with subassembly and avionics integration.
• Proficient with precision calibration tools and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate subcomponents and final assemblies of major systems per specs.
• Configure production areas with tooling for efficient workflows.
• Operate precision tools to maintain safety and quality.
• Identify and implement safety and productivity improvements.
• Perform tests, troubleshooting, and fault isolation on assembled systems.
• Support transition from development to production and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles.
