Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Leader to integrate the Lunar Operations team within Blue Origin Operations on Space Coast, FL. You will drive multiple projects, manage risk and CapEx processes, and coordinate inputs across departments, supporting rapid decision-making in a high-velocity aerospace environment.

The role requires senior program-management experience, strong communication, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preference toward Engineering or Business Disciplines.
• 8-10 years of relevant program management/operational experience.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, data.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Demonstrated history of independent work, foreseeing problems, delivering on commitments, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the Lunar Operations team into the Blue Origin Operations team.
• Lead multiple projects to deploy the Operational Strategy.
• Manage Lunar Operations Risk Management and CapEx processes.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments or service providers to receive input.
• Track program progress and provide reports to leadership/sponsors.
• Facilitate change management activities and regular leadership meetings.
