Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced program manager to support the Lunar Permanence PMO, coordinating with NASA and government stakeholders to drive program execution. You will work across leadership, engineering, contracts, and production to ensure milestones are met and communications stay aligned.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of program/project management with complex technical systems.
• Experience in establishing business and product development processes.
• Experience in conducting/supporting process improvement initiatives.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational/coordination skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience working with NASA/government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead study contracts and task orders as delegated by the lead customer integrator.
• Support contract alignment and full lifecycle of quick-response activities.
• Management (planning and execution) of technical forums with customers.
• Drive alignment, messaging, preparation, and execution of external reviews with owners.
• Lead improvement initiatives for effective communication and execution across Lunar Programs.
• Write narratives and program updates and present them to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Support Program operations reporting with focus on execution - finance, staffing, and risk assessments.
