Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a highly experienced PMO/NASA Integrator to coordinate cross-functional teams across NASA engagements, contracts, and program milestones. You will work with leadership to ensure alignment on technical reviews, schedules, and government support activities.

The role emphasizes program execution, communication with NASA leadership, and collaboration with engineering, contracts, safety, and production to drive successful lunar program outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 20+ years of experience in program or project management, contracts, systems engineering, customer engagement, or related fields involving complex technical systems.
• Experience supporting customer, government, or external partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with NASA contracting and negotiations, including weekly coordination and data deliveries.
• Lead responses and engagement with NASA for control boards and major technical forums.
• Own and manage programmatic milestones, schedules, and government property activities.
• Coordinate proposal responses in support of Blue Origin Sales and Marketing.
• Support contract alignment and quick-response activities across the program.
• Lead Program Management Reviews for Human Landing System and Commercial Lunar Payload Services activities.
