Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of program management/operational experience.
• PMP certification.
• EVMS experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational influences.
• Proven track record of independent work and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Facility Operations at Lunar Manufacturing facilities.
• Aid the Operations team in facilitating effective decision‑making on complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Risk Management, and Operations leadership for risk mitigation.
• Drive effective, high-velocity decision‑making in a aerospace environment.
• Ensure information is gathered, organized, rendered, and presented to maximize decision speed; manage actions.
