Qualifications

• Forklift certification required and McCoy’s forklift certification must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the yard.
• Load and unload products into customers, vendors, and company vehicles safely and accurately.
• Answer customers’ questions regarding products.
• Inform store management of any customer complaints or requests promptly.
• Move, stock, and rearrange building materials in the yard, warehouse and store interior.
• Perform routine forklift safety checks per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance by stacking products and picking up debris.
• Verify tickets match merchandise being loaded.
• Cover exposed materials to prevent weather damage.
• Cut lumber and related materials as requested by customers.
• Operate a forklift.
• Attend store meetings and training sessions.
• Other related duties as assigned.
