McCoy’s Building Supply in Mount Pleasant, TX seeks a part-time Yard Crewmember to assist customers in the lumberyard, operate a forklift, stock products, and provide general store support. Starting pay is $16 / HR for this on-site role at 1702 West 16th Street, Mount Pleasant, TX 75455.

The candidate will greet customers, load/unload merchandise, answer questions, move and stock materials, perform safety checks, and help keep yards clean.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all company training and certification requirements regarding equipment usage, including obtaining McCoy’s forklift certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the yard and provides general store support.
• Loads and unloads products into customers, vendors, and company vehicles safely.
• Responds to customer questions regarding products and informs management of issues.
• Moves, stocks, and rearranges building materials in the yard and store areas.
• Performs routine safety checks on forklift operation and maintains yard cleanliness.
• Verifies tickets match merchandise and covers exposed materials when weather requires.
• Operates a forklift and assists with cutting lumber as requested by customers.
• Attends store meetings and training; performs additional duties as assigned.
