Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the yard.
• Load and unloads products into customers, vendors, and company vehicles safely and accurately.
• Respond to customer questions regarding products.
• Inform management of customer complaints or requests promptly.
• Move, stock, and rearrange building materials in yard and store.
• Perform routine forklift safety checks.
• Keep lumberyard and warehouses clean and organized.
• Verify tickets match merchandise being loaded.
• Cover exposed materials to prevent weather damage.
• Cuts lumber and related materials as requested.
• Operate a forklift and attend meetings and training.
